The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IOOEX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IOOEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IOOEX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Bahamas.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
